The Kinesis G2 adventure bike is a nimble and fast option for UK gravel riding. What may have worked ten years ago may not be suitable for today's riders, so we are always looking for ways to improve. This has led us to develop our new "Kinesis Rider Fit Design" process, which includes a semi-sloping frame on the smallest bike. This not only reduces the standover height, but also brings the comfort level in line with our larger models. The G2 also features short chainstays, giving it outstanding road bike characteristics.

The current version of the Kinesis G2 has a tyre clearance of 45C (42C with mudguards), while the 2018 production run had 40C (38C with mudguards). The low bottom bracket makes the G2 extremely capable off-road, and the flared handlebars, short stem, and rear pannier rack mounts make it ready for any adventure. The bike comes in a stylish khaki green color and features a Kinesis G2 double-butted alloy 6061 frame and a 700C carbon fork with carbon tapered steer oval blades and a flat disc mount. The headset is an FSA No. 42 integrated road with 1 1/2" lower and 1 1/8" upper sealed bearings.

The Kinesis G2 is equipped with SRAM Apex 1 shift levers and rear mech, a SRAM PC1110 chain with POWERLOCK, and a SRAM BB GXP bottom bracket. The brakes are SRAM Apex 1 HYD with 160mm rotors, and the cassette is a SRAM PG-1130 POWERGLIDE 11-42. The crankset is a SRAM Apex 1 XSYNC 40t, with sizes varying depending on the frame size.
