The bike comes with a manufacturer's warranty, which covers the following parts for a specified period of time from the date of purchase:

- Frame: 3 years
- Electric motor, throttle, battery, charger: 1 year
- Instrument, switch, foot paddle, chain wheel, derailleur: 6 months
- Lamp, stand, tires, handlebar, brake handlebar, disc brakes, mud flaps: 3 months

Please note that the warranty does not cover water damage or improper impact to the parts.

We currently have stocks in London, UK; Poland, EU; and New York, USA. Delivery to the UK and Continental Europe normally takes 3-5 working days, but it may arrive sooner. For delivery to the USA, the postage will need to be calculated before checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Canada at this time.
