Warranty Details

We provide a warranty for the bike as long as there is no water damage or improper impact to the parts. The frame is covered for three years from the date of purchase, while the electric motor, throttle, battery, and charger are covered for one year. Other parts such as the instrument, switch, foot paddle, chain wheel, derailleur, lamp, stand, tyres, handlebar, brake handle bar, disc brakes, and mud flaps are covered for 6 months to 3 months from the date of purchase. Please note that we only have stocks in London UK, Poland EU, and New York USA at the moment. Delivery to the UK and Continental Europe normally takes 3-5 working days, but it may arrive sooner. For delivery to the USA, the postage will need to be calculated before checkout, and we are unable to ship to Canada at the moment.
