The Fratello is a modern classic 4-seasons road bike from one of England's oldest and most highly regarded frame builders. It is manufactured in Italy using Columbus' finest Spirit steel tubing. You can find more information about this bike on the Condor website. This is the current thru-axle model.
This particular Fratello is unique in that it has a "standard" 54cm geometry, which is not a standard size for this model. It was custom made for a customer who ordered it in early 2024. The customer also opted for a custom paint job, which features a mirror-black gloss with white logos and a bronze headbadge. These custom options added over £600 to the standard frameset price of £1450.
I purchased this bike from the original customer in autumn 2024. However, his plans changed and the bike was never built or ridden. I assembled it in January 2025 with a new Campatgnolo Ekar groupset (165mm crank arms, 42t chainring, 9-42 cassette) and custom DCR Vivaldi wheels. I have only ridden it around six times, covering approximately 200 miles.
But now, it is time for me to dust off my TT bike and there are a few things that need to be done to it. Therefore, I have decided to sell the Condor to fund those projects.
A 4-seasons bike is the perfect choice for most riders in the UK. While gravel bikes are great for off-road riding, a 4S bike is a better option for those who primarily ride on paved roads. I have ridden 4S bikes from Enigma, Lynsky, and Kinesis, and this one is by far the nicest. It weighs only 9.5kg as pictured and would be even more lightweight without the mudguards.
If you are interested in purchasing some elements of the complete bike, I am willing to sell them for an additional cost. I can also fit the bike with a brand new Shimano groupset of your choice,
