This listing is for a beautiful NEW NOS Mercian road racing bike frame and forks in the original Yellow paint. The seat tube measures 58cm from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. It takes a 27.2mm diameter seatpost and has a British thread bottom bracket and headset. The frame is designed for 700c wheels and has a top tube length of 55cm from end to end. The down tube measures 60cm from end to end and the head tube is 15cm. The rear dropout spacing is 124mm and the front (forks) spacing is 99mm. The frame and forks weigh 2975 grams with the fitted bottom bracket and headset.
Please note that this listing is for the frame and fork only. The Campagnolo C Record B/Bracket & Headset are not included. The frame features Campagnolo front and rear dropouts and an Italian thread bottom bracket. The fork is chromed and the rear Campagnolo dropouts are also chromed. The seat stays are engraved with "MERCIAN" which adds a nice touch. The original paintwork, chrome, and decals are all in great condition with no dents, cracks, or bends. The frame paint shows minimal signs of age/storage, as some parts (rear derailleur, seatpost, stem) were installed and later removed for an unfinished project.
