I had the rear derailleur, cranks, and gear shifter professionally upgraded to Deore by Clements Cycles in Ledbury. They also upgraded the front derailleur to Xt. Since then, I have ridden the bike for a total of 100 miles. In fact, that is the only distance I have ridden on the bike. It is a lovely ride once you get it set up for your individual size. I am 5'11 and have been able to adjust it to my liking. Riding a recumbent bike was something I had wanted to do for many years, and now that itch has been scratched. However, I am currently unable to cycle and the bike is just sitting in my shed, not being used. I am also selling my gravel bike. When life permits, I will definitely be returning to recumbent bikes. If you are interested, you are welcome to come and view the bike.
