This rare leisure-used Brompton M6L was built in October 2013 and is a special order in satin Racing Green. It remains in excellent condition throughout, with a few small marks here and there to be expected on the unforgiving satin finish. There are also a few careful paint touch-ups on the rear triangle upright where the folded pedal has clashed with the frame when folding and unfolding, as well as on the face of the handlebar stem in storage when folded. There are also some scratches on the upper surface of the rear mudguard from folding outside on uneven surfaces. The pedal ends have a few light marks, but these are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance or quality of the ride.

The mechanical components are all in excellent working order, as they have been fully checked and adjusted where necessary to be ready for the new owner. The front tire still has the centerline of rubber visible, showing how little mileage this bike has covered since it was new. The brakes are both smooth and sharp, and all six gears shift smoothly between the hub and rear derailleur, providing a nice wide range of gears compared to the standard three-speed models.

Why spend well over £1500 RRP for a brand new C line Explore 6-speed equivalent model? This Brompton comes complete with a frame-mounted Brompton Zefal tire pump, a frame-fitted Brompton luggage block, reflectors all around, and an integral Ping Bell.
