Laverack Grit Gravel Bike Size 56cm

Last year, I built this bike as a second gravel bike. It has been used on and off throughout the year, but for the past few months, it has been sitting idle. I prefer the fit of my Trek over this one, which is why I am selling it. Sorry, UK only. Below is the information from the Laverack website: The GRiT has been in development for a long time," said designer Oliver Laverack. "Throughout the design and testing process, we were determined to create a no-compromise, aesthetically beautiful gravel adventure bike that would inspire confidence on even the most challenging terrain. We also wanted to differentiate our new gravel bike from our highly capable J.ACK, which is more focused on road and rough road riding." GRAVEL ADVENTURE GEOMETRY & COCKPIT The GRiT fork offers ample tire and mud clearance and features a longer rake, increasing the gap between the rider's shoes and the front tire. This is important for slower technical terrain. Longer chainstays, combined with a meticulous bike fit, place the rider's weight further back for increased traction on loose terrain. Both the longer fork rake and longer chainstays also improve the bike's stability over rough sections at high speeds. All models feature wider flared handlebars and shorter stems to shift the rider's weight off the front of the bike and keep handling responsive and light. This bike can be configured in many different ways, depending on the type and size of the adventure. You can build it up with a full complement of frame luggage and take on a transcontinental adventure, or simply run two bottles and head out on your local trails. The GRiT can handle any adventure, big or small. velo2velo additional research The Laverack Grit Gravel Bike is a versatile and durable option for those looking to tackle rough terrain.
