Yuba Kombi Electric Cargo Bike and many accessories: total car replacement

In June 2022, I purchased a cargo bike from London Green Cycles. It was the non-electric model, but I later had it converted to an e-bike by Besbike Ltd in Greenwich. Since then, I have regularly taken it to Brixton Cycles for servicing. The motor on this bike is a Tongsheng TSDZ2, which is a torque-sensing mid-drive. This means that it rides naturally and has enough power to conquer even the steepest hills, even with two children on board. This conversion kit is widely recognized as one of the best on the market, and it also ensures that spare parts and repairs are readily available and affordable. Currently, the bike is set up to transport two older children without the need for a child seat. However, it can also be easily adapted to carry younger children by adding one or two Thule Yepp child seats. One of the great features of this bike is its fully integrated front and rear lights, ensuring that you will never be caught out in the dark again (as long as you remember to charge the main battery!). The bike is also registered on bikeregister.com, with a reference number painted on the frame. I will transfer ownership upon sale. This bike comes with so many accessories that you will need a cargo bike just to bring them all home! These include a front rack, also known as the "bread basket," worth £160, passenger retaining/support bars on the rear rack, also known as "monkey bars," worth £175, a bamboo utility deck worth £40, which allows for easy mounting of Yepp child seats, bamboo running boards for passengers' feet or supporting luggage worth £90, a frame lock worth £35, which integrates into the front forks for quick stops at cafes, and cushions worth £20 (not official Yuba models, but equally comfortable). Additionally, it comes with two 50-liter cargo bags from Decathlon worth £90, which can carry a significant amount of items. I will also include two spare inner tubes and any other useful items I can find in my shed. This bike is available for collection only from Crystal Palace in South London. Test rides are welcome. velo2velo additional research The Yuba Kombi Electric Cargo Bike is a versatile and practical mode of transportation that has been designed to replace the need for a car.
