What bike is right for me?

Congratulations for getting to this question, it’s the start of one of the best decisions you can ever make; getting a bike is brilliant and hopefully the start of a beautiful relationship! 

We totally understand how difficult it can be to pick the right type of bike. Bikes come in all shapes and sizes and at first glance it can be pretty confusing as to what to go for, especially if you are new to cycling. But for all the differences in shapes most bikes can be split into three much easier to understand groups: bikes to ride on the road, bikes for riding off-road and bikes that can do both. So the first question to ask yourself is where are you planning on riding your bike the most? This will help narrow down your search and start to give you an idea of the styles that would suit. If you have friends that ride and want to go riding with them then a simple thing to do would be to find out what type of bike they ride and then look at bikes of that style.
